Hidden Halo Boutique Return Policy

At Hidden Halo Boutique, we want you to absolutely love your pieces! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy carefully before sending any items back.

✨ Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like many online boutiques, we issue store credit only for eligible returns.

✨ Return Conditions
To qualify for store credit, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear

  • Tags attached, buttoned/zipped, and neatly folded

We kindly ask you to double-check your items before sending them back. Any items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and not accepted. 

✨ Final Sale Items
Please note that accessories, swimwear, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

✨ Return Window
All eligible returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Returns received after this timeframe may be denied.

Shipping Policy

We want your order to get to you quickly and safely! At Hidden Halo Boutique, we ship all orders using UPS and USPS within 1–2 business days of receiving your order (excluding holidays).

✨ Combining Orders
If you place multiple orders in the same day, email us at shophiddenhalo@gmail.com to request order combination. Upon request, we’ll refund one of the shipping charges.

✨ Carrier Delays
Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS. We will not refund shipping charges if the carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. If your items are not delivered on time, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
